Tim from As I Lay Dying:
“Decas” commemorates our 10 years as a band from 2001 to 2011. The first three tracks are the latest we’ve written. The next four are covers songs we chose that represent a little bit of the different influences we’ve had musically. Lastly, we wanted to put a different twist on some of the songs people have already heard from us in the last 10 years. Jordan and I re-recorded parts of our first album for a medley, and tracks nine through twelve are remixes done by different artists fusing parts from the original recordings with ideas of their own.
Becoming Akh is a one-man progressive death metal project founded in the summer of 2009, combining elements of prog, death metal, metalcore, atmospheric, and ambient music.

Devilz By Definition is a 5 piece Heavy Metal band hailing from the tough streets of drouillard with very different backgrounds and one common goal. To bring a new breed of Metal into the homes of as many ears as possible and take the live scene by storm. Since forming in 2010 there have been a number of changes but one thing hasn’t changed and that’s their love for heavy music. Releasing 3 EPs and working towards a full length album in 2016 called “The Devilution” these guys are all about family. “United we stand Divided we mosh” is their motto, and the pledge to heavy metal is the very foundation on which they have built and fueled their incredible adventure

These aren’t your average Deathcore band, the average being growling, grunting, growling, blastbeats, riffs, growling (in that order). No, instead Russia’s East Of Disgust do the opposite, in a similar style to that of Whitechapel, carefully structured tracks full of drum blasting, solo’s and riffs to drive yourself insane, this is Russian Deathcore, a Teutonic onslaught of mesmerising complexity based on a charismatic ensemble of rampaging Russians. Linking modern Deathcore with melodic and metalcore elements, this may as well be Russia’s album of the year, summing up the strength and power still residing within Moscow, a perfect partner to vodka and cav

EVERGREEN TERRACE takes cues from no other. The band transitions effortlessly from fast, powerful heavy hardcore to melodic rock. From day one ET took things into their own hands with a serious do-it-yourself attitude. The goal they set has always been as simple as it gets: To have as much fun as possible playing music and to try as hard as they can to not get sucked into this dying world.
The new God Forbid album proves that this group has paved a new path out of the stagnant metalcore scene. Earthsblood has the perfect amount of brutality and melody against a wall of sonic excess and groove laden riffs and power. They have matured on this disc and are more focused than ever before.
JOB FOR A COWBOYs highly anticipated sophomore album Ruination was recorded in April, 2009 at Audio Hammer Productions in Sanford, FL with Producer Jason Suecof. Ruination marks the JOB FOR A COWBOY recording debut of drumming prodigy Jon The Charn Rice, who has toured with the band since the release of Genesis and features ten tracks of state-of-the-art heavy metal music. Ruination sees JOB FOR A COWBOY advance by leaps and bounds; the record is a concentrated hotbed of astounding dexterity, scorching attack, sleek arrangement and thundering musical muscle. Infectious riffs, keen dynamics and the assertive vocals of rising star front man Jonny Davy combine to produce an album that is at once powerful, expressive, confident and commanding. The New York Times referred to JOB FOR A COWBOYs sound as brute-force, a commendatory claim that Ruination unquestionably validates.
When asked for comment on Ruination, JOB FOR A COWBOY front man Jonny Davy states, Job For A Cowboy has toured the world and faced a ton of challenges over the course of the last year and a half. All of the hard work that weve put in and everything that weve experienced is directly reflected in our new songs, which we know are our best yet.

Combining elements of hardcore, thrash, and extreme metal while also never overlooking the importance of thought-provoking lyrical ideas and concepts UNEARTH has steadily become one of the leading lights in heavy metal.
Phipps claims “This is our most crushing record to date. We pulled back some of the speed on this album just a bit so we could make the tunes more pummeling.” He added, “The record has everything we have brought to the table in the past, the thrash, stomp, groove, melody and classic metal elements, but the song writing continues to improve. We are all proud as fuck of this album.”
Tech Metal Core/Death with Clean Vocals
Pretty interesting stuff here from this young Canadian band. Mixing black metal, rock and roll, groove and hardcore, Vatican are clearly for the sick at heart and the damaged in mind. Features current and/or ex-members of Ion Dissonance, The Last Felony and Unquintessence, among others.
Modern Death-Metal band formed in late 2010, which combines speed in batteries, super low tunings in 9 strings guitars and brutal growls, resulting an extreme and aggressive sound.
