ONLINE ORDERING
Online ordering though CDN Records.com is made simple and easy. We process all payments thru Paypal using 2 of the methods available: Direct Paypal Payment or Pay with your Credit Card. All your vital payment information is processed using the highest levels of encryption with the state-of the-art Paypal system.
All your orders can then be viewed and tracked thru your own personal CDN Records account. To place an order you must first create this account before any transactions can be processed.
**Note: We are currently not shipping Jewel Cases with International Orders.
Steps:
1. Create you own personal CDN Records user account.
2. Browse thru over 1300 titles of some the most sick and brutal music ever made!
3. Add items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
4. When your finished click the "Check Out" button and review your order. If you are a returning customer you can shop online without signing into your account first, but when you reach this point you will then be re-directed to the log-in page to sign-in.
5. When on the "Check Out" page review your personal information, if anything is not correct please correct it and remember to go back to your account afterwards and update your information so future purchases will have the correct information.
6. You will then be taken to a final "Confirmation" page where you can review the complete order details including all shipping totals. Shipping is not calculated on your order until this page.
7. If your satisfied with everything you can then proceed to have your order processed thru Paypal. You will temporarily be re-directed to the Paypal website to process the payment.
8. Once you have finished at Paypal you will be automatically re-directed back to CDN Records "Order Completed" page. From there you can proceed to continue to shop and spend more of your hard earned money on Death Metal or proceed to your account to check that the order has been added into your order history. If you do not see the order in your order history please contact us asap. Contact Us
Note: Due to the fact that we sell our stock online and offline direct from our office and at festivals/concerts it is possible that our online inventory may not have been updated at the exact time of your purchase and an item you purchased may no longer be in-stock, if this occurs we will request that you supplement that item for something else, or we will give you credit towards your next purchse.

PAYPAL MONEY REQUESTS
We will also accept direct requests to send you a Paypal money request in which you can then pay CDN Records this way. In certain circumstances using this method may be more appropriate for you. For example if you are a customer buying large volumes of cd's with special shipping and wholesale prices set-up with CDN Records, or if you are a customer who has existing credit, using the Paypal money request will be easier for everyone. We still require that you have a CDN Records user account in which we will manually update your order history.
Steps:
1. Browse through the CDN Records online store and make a list of titles you wish to purchase. Artist name and Title is sufficient.
2. Go to the "Contact" page and fillout the online form , for "Regarding" list please select the value "PayPal Money Request", in the "Comments" text-box please list the products you want, if you have existing credit please make a note of that.
3. Click "submit", CDN Records will then recieve this email and we will send you a Paypal money request for the complete total of the order including and shipping charges, discounts or credit applied.(another reason you need the CDN user Account, we can look-up all your shipping details from there)
4. You will then recieve an email from Paypal requesting to pay the amount to CDN Records, you can then proceed to Paypal and make the payment to CDN Records. Please note that it may take from 8-24 hours before you recieve this Paypal money request from us, depending on the time of day we recieved the inital contact form email.

We also still accept orders thru the mail, using a standard mail-order form but we can not guarantee that when your order arrives we will still have the items you want in stock. Please keep in mind the nature of our business, we currently stock alot of titles with minimum quantities, we sell online and offline direct thru our office and at festivals/concerts so our inventory is constantly changing.
If we receive a mail-order request and no longer have an item in stock we can only replace that item with something else or give you credit towards your next purchase, we will not return any payments back to you. On the order form please be certain to include your email and phone number so that we can contact you if this situation arises, in all cases so far we have been able to accomodate the buyer with no problems.
Steps:
1. Download the order form and fill it out appropriately, please read the instructions carefully on the order form.
2. Send it to the address listed in the order form
Note: we only accept money-orders and well hidden cash! No Checks please!
